Everything you need to know for your appointment.

Parking

1 hr parking- Malvern road

2hr Parking- Hobsons street, york street and most adjacent side streets

All day parking- Williams road and Murray street.

Arrival

We are located at 450 Malvern road Prahran

(Inside "Tonic Makeup Agency")

Please arrive on time to your appointment, when your arrive come straight up the stairs and take a seat on the pink chairs to your right. Ashlee will great you at your appointment time.

Please note: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your booking fee will be deducted.

Please be respectful of our time as we are with yours.

Guests

Please come alone to your appointment, unless you have a guardian or carer, or you have organised with us before hand. Some treatments cannot be performed with children present for OHS reasons.

 

*By law anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from being in the room during a cosmetic tattoo procedure.

Feeling unwell?

We kindly ask to reschedule if you are feeling unwell or are in contact with someone who is sick with any virus or contagious illness. This is to protect all staff and guests sharing the space at 1256 High st.

Covid 19

If you have tested positive for covid, please reschedule your appointment, with a minimum of 10 days from when you symptomatic.

 

If you have a cosmetic tattoo procedure booked, please wait a minimum two weeks, or until you are feeling well again. This greatly impacts wound healing which will affect your healed result, it is best to wait until you have recovered.

Payments

EFTPOS and cash payments are welcome. Excluding AMEX. We do not offer Afterpay or payment plans.

Booking Fees & Cancellations

A small non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your time.

 

If you fail to provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling/cancelling, you will forfeit your booking fee.

 

This includes if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for covid. Our booking policy is non-negotiable, as it is designed to protect our time. After the last 2 years of closures we are having to strictly adhere to our booking policy, as it is impossible as a small business to survive when clients are cancelling last minute or not showing to appointments. We are giving our time to you, and our time is just as valuable as yours.

 

Allowing enough notice to fill the gap provides the opportunity for eager clients on a waiting list to fill the space, and your booking fee will be transferred to your future booking as a thank you.
